How it works

Book your free 20-minute no-obligation consultation via WhatsApp or email. This provides you with an opportunity to discuss issues you wish to explore and what you hope to achieve from counselling. It will also help you get a sense of what therapy with me will be like. There is no obligation to proceed following the consultation.

Sessions

All sessions including the initial assessment session last between 50-60 minutes. 

A single counselling session lasts 90 minutes and takes place via an online platform (same-day appointment available).

Sessions are available Monday to Thursday 9am - 8pm and Friday 10am - 3pm. 

  

Payment

I charge £55 for each 50-minute session and £85 for couples. I reserve a limited amount of lower-fee slots at £40.00 for individuals on a low income and trainee counsellors, please contact me. I charge £85 for every single session of 90 minutes. You can pay by BACS or Monzo. ​ ​
